I want a camera for under $ 400 that is digital, but the quality of a professional camera. I like pictures that are clear, but I realize most digital cameras have all seen digital cameras. Can anyone recommend specific makes and models.

Hook DVD recorder analog camera?

I have an analog camera with an endoscope to NTSC VCR currently connected through front panel composite video. Works great on a video recorder NTSC and PAL and also works directly on the video front on my TV (which is PAL). When I connected in several DVD recorders, it does not work: It shows a good picture, but with Broadband in different colors. The guys at the stores told me that (the band) is where the information DVD overall is showing. I tried different types, but all did the same. Is this a question or PAL-NTSC DVD recorders are compatible with the system? "I can connect the video camera and store in front of the TV on DVD? "I can continue to use the program dvd recorder? Each DVD recorder uses a video capture card that converts analog to digital. The scanner creates a frame of 720×480 (NTSC) or 720×576 for PAL image. For some reason, the camera seems to generate less than the waiting lines, scanning lines meet these random bits (the band that follows). It's very strange that the camera works with the endoscope PAL NTSC TV and VCR. Maybe sending a single format, but their existing TVs and VCRs are multi-standard. So make sure you know what format the camera (I think it is PAL) and a set of DVD (PAL, in this case) should work perfectly. Yes, you can use any recorder programming DVD. Are created to store any type of input supported.

the olympus pen camera-is it worth getting the e-pl2?

i was thinking of buying one of the olympus pen models. It seems like a good camera for me. However ei was wondering if it was worth spending the extra money on the e-pl2 model or if the e-pl1 model would work? I’m a teenager but i love photography I am really interested in taking professionalish grade photos but i need a lightweight camera that I can take everywhere and not worry to much about it. I also don’t have that much money to spend so i have to use whatever money i do have wisely. So basically is the e-pl2 really worth it?

E-PL2 is of course slightly better, the major difference being the high res screen and a slightly better lens.
But since E-PL1 is really cheaper, it makes more sense, because technically it’s the same camera as E-PL2.
I own an E-PL1 and very happy with it. It’s better than NEX-5 in terms of image quality. NEX-5 shoots softer pictures and exhibits color fringing. But NEX-5 is better in auto-focusing speed and burst mode.
If you are more into action shooting you might consider NEX or Panasonic GF1.
However, my top choice will remain E-PL1 for my purpose.
